Top notch customer service from beginning to end. From initial inquiry to completion of service, the interactions were always professional. But most importantly, timely. You wouldn’t know just how busy they are because their response times were quick, pleasant, and thorough. My appointment time was my appointment time, not 20 minutes later. They kept the service appointment duration within the timeframe they verbalized, which is difficult to do and understandably so. I received a loaner despite the short service window. The owner was friendly and kept me company until Ciarra returned from break. And Ciarra is outstanding at what she does. There was no lag time in communication or documentation. 10 stars!

First my battery died. On Christmas Eve, Eve. I had so many things to do! Had it towed here, from my work. The tow truck guy was very kind. Mechanic inspected right away and found out a rare diagnostic with my key and ignition. He gave me a loaner and over the holiday he replaced the entire ignition, rewire, and reboot my electrical system Still had the loaner so I could do simple errands during the holidays which was a blessing to me and my family. This isn't the first time coon rapids service has saved me from engine light on to just helping with a headlight change. I would recommend Coon Rapids service to anyone to anyone.
